Can I arrange to view and inspect the cars in advance of my wedding?

It is vital you know what you are hiring. The last thing you want on your wedding day is a car that does not meet your expectations, or worse breaks down. You can inspect our cars with pleasure, please call me, Jack Clyde, on 07795 975 445.

How many cars will I require for my wedding?
Every wedding is different and people’s thoughts vary as to how they wish their wedding to be carried out. Give me one quick phone call and five minutes of your time and I can offer you the very best and most cost-effective way to organise your wedding party transportation. Just to give you an insight into how a local wedding could be organised, I have listed (below) roughly what each individual car could do and who it would normally pick up.

Please remember that this is only a rough guide, and we fully respect your individual thoughts and plans for your wedding day. I have listed how your transportation could be carried out with 1, 2 or 3 cars. Lets hope this rough guide helps you.

  • 1 Wedding Car: 2 Runs to the Wedding Service. First Run with Bridesmaids and Escort and Second Run with Bride and Escort.
  • 2 Wedding Cars: Bridal Car for Bride and Escort and Bridesmaids Car can be used for a double journey going to the Service. First Run with Groom and Best Man (plus Parents if required) and Second Run with Bridesmaids and Escort.
  • 3 Wedding Cars: Rolls Royce Bridal Car for Bride and Escort, Mercedes Limousine (7 Passengers) for Bridesmaids and Escorts and Mercedes Saloon (4 Passengers) possibly making 2 Runs to the Service. First Run for Groom and Best Man and Second Run Grooms Parents.

We are in the wedding car business to offer excellent cars, excellent service and excellent value for your money. Not all, but most weddings, can be carried out with One or Two Cars. A Third Car maybe required to reception if there are more than Six Bridesmaids or extra Groomsmen – Three Cars really make an impression and accommodate both sets of parents travelling to the Reception.

How do I book?
Please call me (Jack Clyde) or fill in the Availability Form, then we will call you back, run through the details and pick-up points, time of wedding and location, etc. We will then complete a Booking Form and Email this to you. Any of the details on your Booking Form can be altered at any time, there is no extra charge for this. Once you are happy with the details on the Booking Form the next step would be for you to send your deposit of £50 per vehicle. This can be done using our Secure PayPal Payment System. The balance of the account is due 4 weeks prior to your wedding date.

Can I change my date after booking?
Subject to our cars being available, we will happily transfer your wedding date. There is no extra charge for this.

If any of our vehicles become unavailable as booked then alternative cars will be offered. If alternative is unacceptable the £50 booking fee is non-refundable.

purpleribbonDo you allow me to choose the ribbon colour on the cars?
It is your day and we will endeavour to do everything we can to make your day that little bit more special, so if that means changing the colour of the ribbons, then that’s what we will do.

We have a range of colours we keep in stock, we will try to match your theme, and confirm this prior to the day.

Does the chauffeur practice the route in advance?

Requesting this may seem extortionate, but the benefits are massive. The chauffeur may know the area like the back of his their hand, but a practice run before the wedding will allow avoidance of common hiccups, such as recent road workings, diversions and the like.

What if your car breaks down on the day?
We reserve the right to substitute cars in very exceptional circumstances (e.g. breakdown or accident) but will always endeavour to supply the vehicles as originally booked.

In the event that one of our vehicles should break down during hire and be unserviceable, we will endeavour to get a replacement onsite ASAP.

If this is not possible, the remaining cars hired will cover.
